Girls :

1 – Chang

Overall it came out:

1 – Phuket

2 – Samui and Chang

3 – Lanta

A special mention should go to the Samui girls who managed to get full kit (although it made no difference to the results)  Well done ladies! J

Thanks to your awesome Samui Year Leaders Dan, Ella, James, Jong, Maddie, Mel, Annie, Natalie, Oli, Kate and Shaifali for coming along and doing an amazing job with the recycling at lunchtime today.  I’m looking forward to seeing the recycling figures next week! J

Your Year Leaders have been working hard to put us back at the top of the table where we belong but now it’s up to you to keep us there!  Please let’s have a big push on recycling next week.  Don’t forget to ask your tutor for Credits for recycling if you’re in KS3.

Don’t forget that Monday is the final day for entry to the annual Patana Fun Run which will be held on Sunday 30^th September, 2012.  Every person who takes part wins participation points for us so please sign up – you’ve got to be in it to win it!  All proceeds from the event go to 3 school charities, Habitat for Humanity, Smile Club & Interact Club.

Yr 12 House Football Results in more detail

Here are the results for today’s Yr 12 house football results:

Boys:

1^st – Samui

2^nd – Lanta

3^rd – Chang

4^th – Phuket

Girls:

1^st – Samui

2^nd – Chang

3^rd – Lanta

4^th – Phuket

A combined result would be:

1^st – Samui

2^nd – Chang and Lanta

3^rd – Phuket

The bonus points for kits didn’t come into play as kit was pretty poor and so no house received a bonus point.  Let’s see if we can sort that out for next week when Y13 play. 

Remember for football you need normal PE kit plus:

·      long black socks

·      football boots

·      shin pads

(and gloves are nice for the goalies)

If you don’t have the proper kit you won’t be allowed to play so make sure you either buy or borrow from your friends!

Y12 Inter-house football results

A fantastic performance from both the Y12  girls and the boys this morning – both came first in the inter-house football competition.

A solid 40 house points for Samui – great work! J
